Steel & Concrete Slab- Lympne Industrial Estate

This project involved the construction of a reinforced concrete warehouse floor slab, completed over two site visits to accommodate operational requirements. Works included the installation and compaction of a Type 1 sub-base, a damp proof membrane layer, and double-layer fabric mesh reinforcement with flying ends and stop ends.

The concrete was placed and finished with a smooth power-floated surface, seamlessly tying into the existing warehouse slab to create a durable, high-quality finish suitable for heavy industrial use
